  I was really curious about the string of reviews regarding the service. I am not discounting the reviews, however I would like to share our family's experience. We arrived and... read more asked to sit outside. was directed to an out door table.The staff brought the wrong meal for my husband. Without any fuss they made the meal he ordered. The time to take our order and delivery our meals were very reasonable. The price was also reasonable. Ok we got a still water when we ordered a sparking water. People are human. Our son thought the Quattro Formaggio pizza was one of the best he has tasted. And he has ordered a few around the world.
The best part of the customer service was when my husband lost our hotel key and when my husband traced his steps back to the restaurant the wait staff had been ringing around the hotel trying to advise of a lost key.
Please give the restaurant a try and be patient whilst you wait for your meal. The staff may have been run off their feet and hence may have been a tad overwhelmed when others had come to eat. As a family we eat our 3 times a week, so know when we are getting good service. We had that tonight

Nor did the food standard justify the high prices, 14 i was charged for a basic pizza , not toppings, 8-10 euros is the average price of a pizza in assisi and that's with cheese and variety of toppings, I ordered a basic pizza no cheese only tomato and an ingenerous amount of sliced zuchini and only 3 tiny pices of chopped pepper they served me, yet they had the audacity to charge 10 euro plus a supplement charge for the gluten free base though it was well cooked hard not a pleasant texture nor tasty and it has also caused me a reaction, itchy on my hands on my face, irritation since eating it so how can i be sure it was GF what they served me ! I feel irrated in my gut also the way I would if I eat wheat gluten , so not worth it and the discomfort and unpleasant attitude of the sraff, i feel cheated as i say no hospitality and they also added an extra 2 euro for cover charge again none of this clearly stated in the menu, I unwittingly bought it not imagining there would be all these hidden costs , what a con , there are so many lovely places to eat with kind smiling staff who accommodate and don't rip you off , avoid

  The pizza and pasta are very good and the outdoor seating area is just perfect ! Very cozy place and beautiful !
